In the years since the formation of PentagonPlus in 2009, she has not only managed to recruit top talents into various MNCs and large conglomerates, but also attract talents who share her beliefs and values to work with her.

She has an unquenchable thirst in continuous learning and personal development – a core value that permeates throughout the company staff. “What I love about this job is that I’m constantly meeting with – and learning from – the people that we consult for,” she says.

Andra brings with her a decade’s worth of training and coaching experience, and is familiar with personality and psychometric profiling. Besides that, she also specialises in employer branding, in which she helps companies attract, retain and motivate the best of talent.

Andra started her career as a Software Engineer with a major Banking Solutions provider both in Malaysia and across region. She progressed from Technical Specialist to Project Manager, gaining experience and an understanding of the technical complexities, as well as training, managing and leading people.

Andra graduated with a Bachelor degree in Computer Science, majoring in Computer & Mathematics. She is also a Certified Professional Trainer with IPMA, UK.

Andra is married with a young daughter, she enjoys spending quality time with her family when she is not working. She likes to read, experiment with cooking and have fun laughing with her adorable daughter!
