At PentagonPlus, Vincent brings with him more than 15 years corporate experience in HR consulting and recruitment – an impressive career that started with a consulting career with PricewaterhouseCoopers before moving into the recruitment industry in 2000.

Since then, his track record includes being a pioneering member of Robert Walters Malaysia in 2006, under which he was awarded the accolade of being Robert Walter’s 2007 Global Top Achiever.

Andra and Vincent met by what he calls “a divine coincidental appointment”. The pair first knew each other as competitors, but soon realised they shared a similar vision for what a talent capital business should be. “Instead of competing, we collaborated to build a collective team of entrepreneurial recruitment consultants,” he said.

So what attracted him to join PentagonPlus? “I saw a common belief and values. We believed in bringing a community of budding recruitment entrepreneurs to make good profit and reward everyone generously. And most importantly, there was a clear purpose to make a positive difference in people’s career,” the father of three says.

Vincent’s consuming passion in life is to connect with people and help them enjoy life and live it to the fullest. “As a recruitment consultant, I have the wonderful opportunity to meet people from different walks of life and talk with them about their joys, job successes and life challenges.”

Vincent is married with three energetic boys, with whom he enjoys spending quality time and keeps him young and active. When he is not working, Vincent enjoys outdoor adventure, photography and plays regular indoor football.
