Role

As a Consultant, you will be involved in executive search assignments. You are responsible to:

  • Meet with clients, analyse, understand their hiring requirements and write job descriptions.
  • Research, identify and evaluate potential candidates.
  • Coordinate and participate in interviews, assess, shortlist and prepare reports.
  • Assist in providing HR Advisory and Recruitment consultancy projects.

  • Ability to speak, write and read English fluently.
  • Able to work independently on a broad variety of projects.
  • Strong project management, time management, and leadership skills.
  • Solid problem-solving and business acumen skills.
  • Willingness to work additional hours in order to meet tight deadlines and complete the job or assigned projects.
