Role
As a Consultant, you will be involved in executive search assignments. You are responsible to:
- Meet with clients, analyse, understand their hiring requirements and write job descriptions.
- Research, identify and evaluate potential candidates.
- Coordinate and participate in interviews, assess, shortlist and prepare reports.
- Assist in providing HR Advisory and Recruitment consultancy projects.
Skills and Specifications
- Ability to speak, write and read English fluently.
- Able to work independently on a broad variety of projects.
- Strong project management, time management, and leadership skills.
- Solid problem-solving and business acumen skills.
- Willingness to work additional hours in order to meet tight deadlines and complete the job or assigned projects.
