Imran studied International Politics to gain a deeper understanding of global issues on culture, economics, and political impact on society. He enjoys taking a holistic approach even if it needs him to do small work because he believes that small things make big things happen.

Imran previously worked in UNDP Malaysia to monitor and report the impact of Covid across multiple communities that fell through the cracks. This experience has helped him understand the importance of taking a step back and looking at the big picture as solutions can only be conceived by understanding the root cause. He is keen to apply his passion for problem-solving to helping clients recruit the best talents as a recruiter.
