Andrea began her career as co-founder of a social startup, Refuge for the Refugees, serving to enhance the quality of education for refugee children in Malaysia. Her in-depth exposure from understanding people on ground-level to collaborating with established organizations to meet common goals has enabled her to appreciate different personalities and discover the unique potential in every person.

Graduating with a first class honours degree in psychology, Andrea discovered a passion in tapping into people’s skills, motivations and goals, helping them achieve their fullest potential while also filling in gaps in organizations to enable them to grow in their companies effectively.

She believes that passion and potential are the key ingredients to success. Currently at Pentagon Plus, Andrea has covered roles in various functionalities, specifically specialising in Sales and Marketing roles with a wide exposure to digital marketing and e-commerce positions.
